The Way Systems terminal operates on the GPRS network and includes free roaming. It provides much better coverage than CDPD or Mobitext networks. The unit looks like a cell phone and has a wireless inferred printer. The terminal can even programmed to double as your cell phone. LINKPOINT® 9100 WIRELESS COVERAGE MAP
In 2005 the LinkPoint was upgraded to operate on the GPRS network. The LinkPoint® 9100 accesses AT&T® Wireless/Cingular® wireless network using the GPRS modem. The advantage of the LinkPoint 9100 are that it can be plugged in to a regular phone line so it will operation as a regular point of sale credit card machine similar units found in retail stores. Includes built-in printer.

SIDE SWIPE® II FOR THE NEXTEL WIRELESS NETWORK
The Side Swipe II's small form factor directly connects to your Nextel phone via a serial port and operates on the Nextel wireless network. No additional batteries are required for the Side Swipe II, minimizing power drain to the phone.
